They let me back on but I don't trust the platform any more. Of course Facebook is a horrible blog format even as a page so I will continue to blog here for the time being and try to figure out photo/video hosting options for what I blog here (LJ has no options for more memory than a few dozen photos). I have a problem with any of the long list of blog platforms either controlled by Facebook and Google or by communist countries like China. LJ may be owned by Russians but is still hosted from California... I trust Russians way more than China. The problems with image hosting and video hosting are connected with advertising to children that had YouTube making huge payouts. I would rather have the videos hosted somewhere with less controversy about content and who, like Facebook, often kick people off with no explanation or options to appeal their boot.
