The dumbest smart phone

I may buy a smart phone with a pay-as-you-go contract simply for a way to receive text messages (I turned that off on my VoIP phone in case I get spammed and all those messages cost me money in over-data costs on my email service). It will also be a safety thing when driving long distances. I want only three things: phone through 4G and LTE towers for the best coverage in my area, can receive text messages, basic browser. What I would prefer it did not have: cameras, large screens, built-in battery. I want to be able to remove the battery and sim card when not in use to not broadcast my location or wear down the battery when basically in storage between uses (likely hidden under my spare tire in my car trunk).
