End times and table scraps

There are two types of people, those that refuse to take the last of something and those who cannot resist cleaning out the last of that something. At pot-luck dinners, I am the one cleaning out the bowls so I can bring them to the washers. I go through extra effort to get the last drop of a soft drink out of a can. The thin bars of soap, I glue them onto the new bars of soap so they get used up completely. I had a thought about the rapture event that is supposed to happen in the end times may not be the Christians that are "taken" but maybe it is the non- believers (or more specifically the non-players in the end-times events) that are taken... or my latest thought, maybe it is those people unlike me who don't want to take the end of something including the end of the world (as we know it). I want to prepare for the worst case scenario - for fun - but then I would like to see if my plans actually work in said worst case scenarios. I feel God wants me to help people survive tough times so it would seem such efforts would be useless if life was always good of if everyone was just raptured before things got tough. There is a guy who designed a grizzly-proof suit for fun... that is the sort of thinking I have... I want to try that suit out (with a real grizzly).
