unique idea for dragon/wyvern design

Some dragons are drawn with only wings on their upper body and then there is the wyvern who have only wings. Bats often have backwards-facing knees so they can form a bug catching or water catching scoop with the skin between their legs. This part of their body also helps with flying in many ways. I was thinking of a arm-less dragon design but you can move the legs forward in such a way as to be used as hands and the long wyvern-like tail will still balance out the body design. These limbs can also swing under as feet for landing but the idea is they are used as grasping arms with hand-like paws.
